How a Twin Tiers brief actually runs

Different sectors have different paperwork, but most of the search runs the same. Whether the role is a journeyman electrician on a 2nd-shift in a Corning plant or a billing specialist in a Binghamton practice, we follow the same direct, paperworked process.

1. Sector-specific intake

If it is a skilled-trade role, we know which IBEW or trade locals apply on each side of the line. If it is healthcare admin, we know the difference between billing and coding. We come prepared.

2. Wage calibration against the local market

Every shortlist is calibrated against current Twin Tiers wage data. Cross-state differentials, shift loadings, OT patterns - all factored in. If the band looks low, we tell you before we start.

3. Vetted, ranked shortlist

Three to five candidates per request. Right-to-work, references, background and skills validation completed before introduction. Each scored against the brief.

4. Offer and start support

We coordinate the offer, manage counter-offers, line up the start date, and check in at week 2, 6 and 12.
